April 2026: Five Years On!
We bought La Rose Porsche in March 2021. Five years later, it has gone much as we expected.
The plan was simple. Take a good, established Porsche specialist and improve it. Better systems, better communication, better use of the workshop, and a more straightforward experience for customers.
The business now runs day to day through the team on site, with support from us across the wider group. That has allowed us to improve consistency, strengthen processes, and make better use of shared knowledge, systems and parts supply.
A lot has improved behind the scenes. Estimating is clearer, communication is better, and the workshop runs more efficiently.
From a customer point of view, the aim remains the same. Do the job properly, be clear about what is needed and what it costs, and avoid unnecessary complications.
No big changes planned. Just continued improvement.

April 2021: Purchase of La Rose Porsche Ltd
We are pleased to announce that on Wednesday, March 31st 2021 we successfully completed the purchase of La Rose Porsche Limited.
With a combined experience of 40+ years working with Porsche products, new owners – Dean Horvath & Roly Baldwin – plan to develop this already well-established business into the foremost Porsche specialist in Kent and SE London.
Dean, who has a technical background, will run the day-to-day operation at La Rose and will be the main customer contact. Dean acquired his knowledge working for many years at GT One Ltd and more recently has been instrumental in developing Eporsch Ltd’s service department. Dean is also co-owner of Spyder Performance Ltd, which specialises in performance and after-market Porsche products.
Roly owns Porsche specialist Eporsch Ltd, co-owns Spyder Performance and will support Dean in running and developing La Rose.
