Our customer reception is located upstairs and accessed via a staircase. We do not currently have lift access.
If you are unable to access the office, please let a member of the team know when you arrive, and we will come down to you.
On the Day
If you have any accessibility requirements, it’s important to make us aware on arrival.
While you’re welcome to mention this in advance, the person you spoke to may not be available when you visit. Letting us know on the day ensures the right team member can assist you immediately.
